Poll: Next musical direction

In a recent interview Roisin said she would like to record an album of Irish folk songs. Do you feel this is the music direction she should move into or would you like to see her do something else?

Roisin can take any musical direction, if she takes it 'roisinly'. Though i love soul music so i wouldn't mind something a la 'the truth'.

I think what Róisín should do is a hybrid of styles, which Overpowered kinda is.
Maybe punk rock a la Killa Bunnies or bhangra Latin style dance.

Dance/pop, Trip Hop or Folktronica :-)
Maybe doing something with William Oribt... I've been listening to Madonna's Ray of Light and Ghosts by Siobhan Donaghy (my 2nd favourite album from last year!) a lot recently so I'd love something like those two albums... :-/

I'd love her to do more songs like Primitive and Tell Everybody. Very beat-heavy soul songs. I'd love that.

listen...she is doing this folk or western thing so beautiful, I totally will buy the iTunes Session!

She is really able to do many music directions. But I think she won't do dance in the next album, not giving up dance forever but not in the next album please.

I think the next album should have a mix of styles including dance because it is unimaginable to not dance to Róisín's boogietastic music.

I do love the soul in Roisin's voice. Though it's completely different from Amy of Duffy I feel she really gets feeling across so well in songs like Tell Everybody. That's what I'd like to see her do more.

I think country/Americana could be fun -something like The Cardigans' "Long Gone Before Daylight". With her songwriting and performance, she couldn't do it wrong!

I love Roisin's soul and funk feel, but I am really curious about her doing goth and industrial style music. What an odd cobo that would be.
