A very special message
Roisin has posted a very special message for her fans on her official forum:
Hey guys,
Just wanted to drop you a line to say I will never let you down. Have so much buzzing around my head right now, I know things might have been better for the single, all down to radio in my own country I’m afraid and that effects everything. Yet still, I feel strangely inspired. Gonna start writing immanently and I really feel I will do my best work yet. Look I’ve never been easy to categorise and category makes this industry go round. But I am seeping in bit by bit, I have some exciting things goin on in the background that I can’t share right now but believe me I aint out of the game yet. Keep up your support, as it means so much and try to be positive. I never had friends in high places, but I have you, and you have me. Until the end.

She's the greatest.
definitely the greatest
I'm amazed the single didn't do better. It's the best song on the album, she promoted it everywhere, the video was great too! i'm with her, blame UK radio. :)
I know...it was sad that it did not do better, but I did my part and bought the singles...all of the singles. If the public takes no notice then it really is their loss, cause YKMB is smooth perfection.
they just dont know how great she is...
shes the epitome of class!
keep it up roisin.
Great music is never forgotten, so I know her work will live on even if it isn't recognized at the moment. It's a sign of the times that music this good goes under the radar when released!
I saw the message on the forums on Sunday and I thought it was so unbelievably wonderful! I think the song getting to no47 without radio airplay is a great achievement. Róisín is such a great person who cares about what she does and her fans. She is now in the same league as Gabe Newell.
Respect to you Róisín! Just stay who you are - care about art, not sales figures. Leave that to record companies...
> If your somewhat different from the mainstream the masses are not to be pleased. Who cares?
Its a shame the radio stations do not appreciate great music when it comes along in the shape of Roisins overpowered album, and especially the great Know Me Better, but that does not alter the fact that Roisin still has more talent in her little finger than the whole radio station/music industry and top forty put together.
