look, i;m not going to say it's great just cos it's RO. and i'm no gonna force myself to like it either. hopefully this is only a remx or something like that, i really wouldn't like her going this route. it's eating away her charm and personality.
Wasn't sure about it at first but having listened to it a few times I like it. I voted "Love it" but I wouldn't say that's particular true - I just like it and I'm pretty sure I'll like it even more when I hear the studio version.
The first rap part is alright (the British sounding one), the second one is AWFUL (the Jamaican sounding one) and the third one I like best (the American sounding one).
Momma's Place / Billionaire and Royality (is that the "don't have to break my arm one"?) sound a lot better and more me than Demon Lover.
Roisin Murphy sounds best when she singing solo and this is my answer. Of course when someone help her with music (rythm) then this is good but let she stay alone with her magic voice, that's all.
aaaaah are you kidding me?!?! I loooove these new songs!! The live at Burlectric songs I got of youtube, in very crappy condition, have been on repeat non stop for weeks now! Seriously, how can you not love Momma's Place!?! Just wait 'till you hear the album, it will be amazing!
It's hard to tell from these recordings. I'm looking forward to hearing the album versions, how they're mean't to be heard, with some swish production. I'm interested int he fact there's some rap, it was bound to come eventually.
I see what's she's going for... tastes a bit like Simian Mobile Disco and Diplo... who I really wish she'd work with!
you will love it and you will shut up lol ...how fickle can people be? this is classic roisin-in-club-mode but still pushing it. it's in the same vein as a good part of Overpowered and you are all still bitching. whatever. roisin just do your thing, I LOVE IT. so grimey in parts. thanks for not going too glossy with this new project.

mediocre. and i'm nice, cos it's Roisin. had Madonna done something like this you'd all be jumping for her throat.

A little correct: only her "virgins" are exceptions for me, when I said that she sounds best solo.
Got it...? :)

Some parts of the song are nice..but I am not sure about this..
The new material blows most of "Overpowered" out of the water! Go, Ro! The raps are a bit superfluous, though.
the 3 mcs are:
Wiley
Donaeo
Kano
All English (all from London actually)
Actually, just noted on another blog that this may be a remix. Hope the album version comes without the mc'ing tbh.
